SPARKLING WINE - SPUMANTE BRUT IL CENCIO This sparkling wine derives from the vinification of Pinot Bianco (70%), Chardonnay (20%) and Pinot Nero (10%) grapes. First fermentation occurs inside steel vats for 3 weeks at controlled temperature using the "batonage" method. The wine becomes bubbly during the second fermentation inside low-temperature pressure tanks (charmat method). This process confers the wine its distinguishing characteristics. This white sparkling wine is characterized by the fragrance of its fruity perfumes (green apple, peach and tropical fruits). On the palate its slight acidity exalts its inviting, discrete and fine flavour, and makes it an extremely pleasant wine.
