The shop section has been designed for wine and spirits sales in accordance with Italian legislation on distance contract.
Therefore, we urge our customers, before concluding the purchase contract, to read carefully the general terms and conditions and information and print or save these on a durable medium. About any changes or new terms and conditions, we will notify our customers on time. The new terms and conditions are effective from the time of its publication on the website and then applied for the purchase contracts settled after its publication.
The Customer’s purchase contract counts as acceptance of terms and conditions which are in force at that time.

1. Conclusion of the Contract

A legally binding contract is realized by the customer's order and the order confirmation of the Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto.
The order form via Internet is regarded as the purchase contract and must be completely filled out in all its parts by indicating correctly the customer’s personal data, the ordered goods and the delivery address. Otherwise, the order will be declared invalid. The Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto sends by e-mail the order confirmation with a reference to terms and conditions.

2. Properties and Availability of Products

Under special circumstances, the Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto is not able to guarantee the availability of some products. Therefore, the Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto is not responsible for temporary unavailability of one or more products. Except as provided in Nr. 3 (Right of Withdrawal), the customer’s purchase order counts also in case of a partial delivery, limited to the available products of the order, without right to compensation and/ or monetary damages. Therefore, the Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto commits itself legally to inform the customers about any non-availability of the ordered products in good time.

3. Right of Withdrawal

The Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto refers to the legislative decree Nr. 185 of 22/05/1999.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract - even without a specific reason - within 10 working days after receipt of goods.
In this case, the customer has to send a registered letter with return receipt within the above-mentioned period (as evidenced by the postmark) to the following address: : Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto – Via S. Maria, 4 – 33087 Azzanello di Pasiano (PN) – Italy. In this letter of withdrawal must be indicated the products (or product), the data of invoice (invoice date and number) and the bank account on which the repayment will be made. NB: Shipping costs will not be refunded.
At this point, the customer has to send back the undamaged goods in its original packaging at its own expense to our headquarters in Azzanello di Pasiano (PN) – Italy – via S. Maria,4, within 14 working days after receipt of goods. Once received the goods in question and after its review, the Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto will effect the repayment. Repayment is made via bank transfer to the bank account, indicated in the letter. NB: Shipping costs will not be refunded.

4. Delivery

The Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto leads the delivery of their products via express courier at the following conditions:
ITALY        1 working day after acceptance of order

ABROAD    2 working days after acceptance of order

With responsibility of the sender, the goods are send in a special package which guarantees the best protection of the products. On request, the customer can be informed via e-mail about the details of delivery.

5. Prices and Payment Methods

The final prices indicated in various sections of the website are inclusive of VAT. The charged prices are those shown on the website at the time of ordering. The prices can be modified: prices quoted on the website may be cancelled and replaced with new ones.
The final price of purchased products together with the delivery costs must be paid by customers from the date of the online-order, using credit card or advance bank transfer to the bank account IT61D0200864960000041061277. The tax records are provided by the Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto in conjunction with the delivery of the delivered goods.

6. Warranties and Liability

The Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto guarantees, depending on availability (see Nr. 2) that the delivered products are the same as those which appear and are described on the website. The Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto ensures that all rules regarding the storage of goods, until delivery at the place specified in the order, will be respected. For all sold products, the producer is liable. The producer is as well liable for the accuracy and completeness of the information on the bottle label. The images which appear on the website, should help the customer to recognize the products. The producer may, over time, change the packaging, so it is possible that the images don’t exactly match with the delivered packaging.

7. Disputes and Applicable Law

Civil disputes related to the application, execution and interpretation of distance contract are subjected to Italian jurisdiction and will be referred to the Court of Pordenone (Italy). All distance contracts concluded with the Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto are governed by Italian law and, although not expressly provided, applied by the rules of law.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal data will be used by the Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto for processing and handling your order, and will be handled and stored. For that purpose, it will also be transferred to third parties (delivery service).
The Azienda Agricola Lazzarotto commits itself to observe the code relating to the protection of personal data in accordance with the legislative decree Nr. 196/2003.
