CABERNET FRANC DOC Exclusively produced with the homonym grapes, our Cabernet Franc is obtained after 2 weeks of fermentation on the skins. It has a distinct herbaceous flavour, intense and so persistent as to give the impression of tasting the grapes. The violet colour and the wide ranging bouquet and aroma make it an important wine to accompany roasts, game and mature sharp cheeses.
