APPLE JUICE Our natural apple juice is obtained from the apples which are cultivated with traditional methods on our orchard. The fresh apples undergo a simple transformation process: the fruits are cut and then pressed. The obtained juice is separated from its pulp. The transformation and the conservation of the apple juice are obtained without adding sugar or any kind of chemical additives, such as conservation substances. The sweetness of the juice depends on the climatic conditions, therefore it tastes each year different. The conservation is guaranteed by the pasteurization of the product and its immediately, subsequent bottling and sealing processes.
