APPLE JUICE

Our natural apple juice is obtained from the apples which are cultivated with traditional methods on our orchard. The fresh apples undergo a simple transformation process: the fruits are cut and then pressed. The obtained juice is separated from its pulp. The transformation and the conservation of the apple juice are obtained without adding sugar or any kind of chemical additives, such as conservation substances. The sweetness of the juice depends on the climatic conditions, therefore it tastes each year different. The conservation is guaranteed by the pasteurization of the product and its immediately, subsequent bottling and sealing processes.
The apple juice presents a liquid, clear consistency, without suspended particles. On the bottom of the bottle may appear residues due to the storage phase.
The juice has a straw yellow colour and presents an intense, pleasant apple taste. It is excellent for children and teetotallers. For the preparation of drinks with dry white wines or sparkling wines the apple juice is an excellent base.
